Management

Dr. Pham is the founder of OptiY. He received M.S.-Degree 1994 in electro-mechanical engineering at TU Dresden in Germany. With the master thesis, he won the study award 1994 of SEW-EURODRIVE-Foundation. With a scholarship of Gottlieb Daimler- and Carl Benz-Foundation, he wrote the PhD thesis "Modeling, Simulation and Optimization of Mechanisms related to Tolerances in Precision Engineering". A brand-new method of multi-objective optimization with co-evolution has been developed at his work. After the study 1997, he worked for different companies as Bosch, German Aero Space Center and Siemens. A large number of projects belongs to his experiences as simulation of car window lifter system, simulation and control of industrial robot, thermal and mechanical simulation with finite-element-method. By the way, Dr. Pham owns two international patents.
